I'm with 1.3 until cPanel consider 2.0 stable*. By now they dont offer official support for 2.0 (and some mods wont work), so production site = 1.3.

* Is not that cPanel says that Apache 2 isnt stable, but they havent labeled as stable the integration of Apache 2 and cPanel
