I'm running a PHP site on Windows 2003 server and I get a "ERROR: Impossible to save image file. Please check images/covers directory permissions." I'm switching over from a Linux box and I was able to change permissions via FTP, but on the windows box it does give me that option. Any ideas?

you should be able to change the permissions by right clicking the images/covers folder and making sure that the relative user (check the websites directory security tab in IIS) has write permissions to that folder to be able to upload.
