I need your help.

I'm using plesk 7.1.6 Reload on Redhat 9.

I can't Retrieve Keys with the following reason

Plesk will continue trying.

Server response: Internal error

when i try to Retrieve keys from the Control Panel the following comes

Key Update Status
Licensing Server Unreachable: Unable to connect with licensing server.
Please make sure that your network allows communication to ka.plesk.com:5224.
For more details check system help pages.
===========================================

please help me the key will expire on 20, Feb 2005

You need to adjust your firewall so you can make outbound connection to

ka.plesk.com:5224

I suggest you to shut down your firewall completely, upgrade license, fire up firewall again.

what does it means ?

Did you ever find the answer to this, I have a brand new server and I get the Internal Server Error, I havnt even installed a KEY yet!

You may want to simply file a trouble ticket with EV1 Mark. They can manually install the key for you.
