I would like to get all of my customers (who were set up on a host at another datacenter) to have DNS entries listed at EV1.

If I add an entry for their domain at EV1, then ask them to make the change at their registrar, I get the "Manual verification trouble ticket" message. If the customer does not make the change at their registrar in time, the entry I created is deleted. If they then get around to making the change at their registrar and I haven't yet re-entered the domain at EV1, their domain becomes inaccessible.

I can understand why EV1 doesn't want to create entries for domains when they aren't listed as authoritative, but it seems like there's got to be a way around this problem.

Is there a better way to manage this process so that DNS changes are seamless?
