3 hours ago I opened TT "Reboot request", but server is still down!!!mad.gif

2 calls to techsupport, 1 email to Manager of Tech Support: jwendt@ev1servers.net - no results! Master Reboot Switch does not work as well mad.gif

Who can help me reboot my server??? Robert Marsh ??? :confused:

3 years ago I choose EV1 (Rack Shack) because the Technical Support was outstanding. What's happened now??

We are presently experiencing delays due to the remote reboot migration. Joe Wendt has received your email, sent approximately 30 minutes ago and will be replying to you shortly. Someone is working on getting your server online right now.

i ll reply here...due my other post about problem has been closed...i have 2 opened tickets and never have had many problems with ev1 since last maintenance and now the migration...i know they are humans and they do errors...but still i have 2 ticket opened without a good answer...i have slow performance problems since last maintenance happened a week ago or more...now after first reboot i have had many problems with service as mysql dead etc etc..resolved by me....but downloading a file now i see i am at 3/kbs...this is not really acceptable for my job and my customers...i am forced to refund some orders because people can't download or use my service...seems clear that is not caused by me...due last time with a performance issue i could download at 30/kbs...i have received an answer could be a seabone problem...now after another work on my server( migration...icon_sad.gif) i can download at 3 kb ONLY ! ! !.......never have had something bad to say about ev1, great network and all problems resolved...but not in last week...and close my post on the forum seems to remember me some others bad bad service i meet in past.....
so please ev1 understand my point DOWNLOAD T 3KBS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE..i can't work and ma really hurted you are ignoring my tickets...seabone or what else do you have to resolve and fast...is a week i am waiting....(do not want change hosting...but i have to work for live)
