Hi there,
Right now I'm using webalizer with plesk but I'm finding it to be highly useless later on in the month as I can't tell whether promotion is working or not because it only has monthly breakdowns.
Is there a way to enable daily statistics? (ie, the exact same page as the monthly ones, but limited to days?)
If not, is there an alternative that does it? I checked out AWStats but I dont think that does it either.
THanks in advance.

I'm not sure I totally understand your question Decius.
When you're on the main webstat page you should be able to click on the Monthly number to go to a page with further detail. That does break down traffic to the daily level.
Webalizer isn't great for tracking promotions though, unless you set up a specific page for those people to use. Urchin will give you a more detail if you have that set up on your server and activate the utm module.

Hi Squire,
Well, it gaves you the daily pageviews and unique visitors, but I want to know referrals by day.
For instance, where did all the people come from on this particular day. As far as i know both AWStats and Webalizer only show referrals by month.

ahh... okay I'm with ya now. You're right. Some of those stats are only compiled and added to as monthly, not broken down by the day in those stats packages.
You can do that with Urchin though. It gives you much more detail if you're into that kind of thing (I am) and you can take everything down to the daily level. In fact, you can even have it run stats hourly and see what's happening during the day instead of waiting until after the fact.
Check the Add On section in the EV1 members area. I haven't had to add it to a server lately, but it used to only cost a buck per month for a 100 domain Urchin license. Can't beat that with a stick!
