Some people are saying to me that they cant visit my sites... but it work for most people.. so why some isp cant resolve my ip... for example they can reach through the ip.. but not with a domain..

I think there is some problem with my dns.. but what can be the problem???

Its the ISP dns cache that is at fault. Ask your customers to contact their ISP regarding the issue. There should be nothing wrong with the dns setup on your server since if that was the case no one over the internet would be able to view your site with the domain name.
