Owning Helm has proved to be daunting and quite an adventure. I find I am locked out of my account once again ... this seems to happen monthly. I really am sorry I got invovled with this product!

The most likely reason for this is that your scheduled tasks are failing. There's a task that should be running daily to check your licencing and if this doesn't run for for 30 days Helm will stop working.
There's also a couple of other reason why this can happen in our KB if this doesn't help.
If you're still having problems check out our forum or raise a support ticket and we'll get this fixed for you.
