Full Version: cpanel license expired...again...for 4th time!

This is the fourth time in less than 30 days that I am getting "cpanel license expired". My customers are leaving, thinking this is something I am doing.

I would like to know why this problem keeps repeating itself. I tried the manual advice seen in other threads, including verification and command to update key yourself, no go as has been the case all four times this has happened.

Any thoughts on why/what is causing this license issue to keep repeating itself? (ie...get license expired message, submit trouble ticket, fixed for a week or so, get expired message again, repeat, rinse....) icon_sad.gif

If that says it is expired you need to talk with ev1, not your fault.

As you are aware, this from what I understood had nothing to do with the license being expired.

Please confirm because if it was something on our end I would surely like to look into this to prevent it from happening again to you.

Thank you,

next time you get the problem check in verify at cpanel. and at the same time check if you have conectivity to cpanel server though port 2096.
