Im getting mad now, Why?
1. Servers power blows and damaged HD and all data lost.
2. When its back, I have to set it up, and then i cant update CPanel.
3. I Enter Support ticket, what do i get few hours later? "Update Perl and try it again"
4. WHM, CPanel, WebMail & /scripts/upcp dont work.
5. Tech cant fix... I checked last command they used.... "EXIT"
Im NOT paying $100+ for nothing, Why cant you's fix my server?

Yes, But when there is a problem with the server they should fix it..Not just try a few things and stop.

I would be interested to see more than just the last command from history.....since most servers will show exit as the last command (unless you use [control]-d which makes it really fun for someone to see what was done it the last session:))
Post the output (minus any sensitive info) from:
tail -n 50 /root/.bash_history

Exero,
You may have misunderstood our tech. Instead of asking you to update Perl, *HE* tried to do so and was unable to resolve the problem. He then noted that the ticket will remain open for further investigation.
Please be assured that you are not "getting nothing". We are working on your server.

Exero,
I'm sorry for the confusion. The notes that Isabel posted were made internally, and should have been posted in the visible portion of the ticket to keep you updated as to our progress. We are continuing to investigate, and will keep you updated via the ticket.
Thank you for your patience,
