Using helm, I added a new domain; but now i cant add emails or create ftp accounts for it. also the domain does not have a place in c:/domains/ folder.

I thought the domain was misconfigured so i tried to delete and re-add it; but when i try to delete the domain, it says: "unable to delete domain".

I dont know what to do. I can delete other domains and add emails and ftp accounts and everything. just this one is causing problem.

and ideas? how can i fix or at least delete it?

when I took the box had the similar problem, but I had to uninstall and install HELM from the begining to get it to work. there is a post somewhere in the forum on how to exactly reinstall HELM.

someone had put in a great post on exactly how to reinstall everything for this to work.. unfortunately I cant find the post, search these forums and you might find it.

This occurs if there's some sort of miss-configuration. EV1 should be providing the server in full working order though so if you're getting a new server it shouldn't need everything re-installing!
