Anyone with some insite here? running 7.0.4 , never went to 7.1, my 6 to 7 upgrade was terrible.... but I'm wanting to go to 7.5 now.

Any tips? any gotcha's? Autoinstaller? rpm?

Easiest solution would be to get a new server w/ 7.5 preinstalled.

ok, so I spend the extra money on a new server, is there an easy way to move my accounts from psa7.0 to psa7.5reloaded? will a cmd line restore work in 7.5 from 7.0?

The other reason I'd rather not do this, is that I am paying for a 1.3Ghz server but actually have a 1.7GHz. (Issues during signup, and was comped a better server). I hate to loose this.

Plus minimize downtime etc, etc...

You should talk to your Ev1 Sales Rep, but if I remember, there was an option with Reloaded to upgrade from 7.0.X... it's the licensing that would be the headache.
Have you tried submitting a Ticket to Ev1 Sales to see what they have to say about an upgrade of Control Panels without a reimaging?

the upgrades from 7.0.x to 7.1.6 were really easy for me and on my 5 servers all of them worked without a hitch. And from what I am reading so far, the upgrade from 7.1.6 to 7.5 is super easy and some have said "the best plesk upgrade yet".

I say go for it! The downtime is minimal at just a few minutes per site, just make sure you have backups first and disable your firewall software so the license can be upgraded automatically.

With the upgrade to 7.5, Will I be able to get them(EV1) to install the license file for 7.5(from what I read, ev1 installs it, am i right?), then install the upgrade for 7.1, then 7.5?
