its been like this for like this for like over 6 hours
and i need it fixed ASAP!
the server wont take in any mail
even had a level 3 try to help fix it and nothing

i need help real bad!

dont you think i would of restarted the mail server and the entire server?

Are you running mailscanner. If so and you have not updated cpanel in awhile and just updated it before it broke that is your problem. If you do not have mailscanner then you need to look at th exim logs. There are hundreds of reasons why it might not be working and without log information cannot really help.

ok i just found out the mail on my server wont send either

the problem is mailscanner and the latest cpanel version, you should search the forum for a fix. there are lots of posts about this.
