I recently installed an SSL Certificate on one of my domains and I set the default certificate on that domain to the certificate. However when I use
https://www.mydomain.com , I get the default page now.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do so this works?
Thanks!

did you bind an ip address to that certificate and is that domain on that ip address?

Yes, I went to the domain IP pool and set it as the default certificate. Do I need to do that at a server level as well?

hi,
It seems that you must have changed the site from a namebased to an IP based site but the DNS i.e the IP address of the site still resolves to the old namebased ip where as the site is now hosted on a dedicated IP, hence the default page is showing ... or vice versa.... ?
Also you can double check the above by using

Ev1 support told me yesterday that I needed a dedicated IP. So I had one assigned and then put the site on it. Right now I don't get anything when I go to the site but I am assuming that once DNS updates I should be fine??

hi,
Ofcourse that will depend on the type of nameservers you are using for your domain... if its private nameservers then its okay ; but if you are using ev1 nameservers then you will have to update the A record in ev1 dns..
