I need the PHP iconv module for a wap-mail software I need to install in my Cpanel/Redhat server.

The iconv module doesn't appear in the easyapache script, and it is not listed in the WHM with Php Modules

I tried what is posted in:

but it didn't work, 'cause the /home/cpapachebuild/buildapache directory is overwrited when I run easyapache.

Has anyone here installed the iconv module inside Cpanel?

Yeah if you build it like that you are no longer going to be able to run easyapache. You have to build apache with easyapache to upgrade then manually compile php from source.
