I'm installing servers on freebsd and i'm asking to me what should be the best antivrus solution for ftp and mail. can you help me?

clamav works the best we use it on everything except for the desktop around our clients, when a decent windows port with real time scanning comes out we will convert to that.

I clamav with amavis to check our email you can also add a spam scanning package that works quite well...
