My mail (server wide) has stopped working with last night's CPanel update. The weird thing is that it is generating no errors, yet one is receiving mail, incoming or outgoing.

I believe I am running mailscanner with clam antivirus, but I did not install themn myself, and th guy who did, a year ago, is no longer in business.

In the mean time, I have no idea how to fix this problem.

Any help (In morons terms) would be greatly appreciated.

uninstall mailscanner

find the istall folder "mailscanner-autoinstall-1.5" if it was downloaded at cpanel layer1

enter it and ./uninstall ssh root

Chirpy has made a script to get everything working for us.

That was one of my suggestions did the script work well for you? I like doing things the hard way

Hehe, yup.. everything worked great for me - I had an original install from chirpy in the first place, however - I don't know how it'll work with a non chirped install.
