I'd like to just make it dissapear instead of running qmHandle to remove it from time to time though out the day.

How do I do that.

One solution would be to set up a little script that runs on a cron job a few times per day that shuts down qmail then does some pattern matching to remove the bounces sitting in your queue.

I'm not sure what type of pattern matching qmHandle allows to do that though since I do it with qmail-remove. Should be possible with qmHandle though.
