Original post was locked whisked away to thetrouble tickets.

I forwarded letter to client and when I checked the given liks there was no software there.

So it wasn't a result of the letter... There way nothing there.


These letters are nothing more than an annoyance or harrasment if there is no visual confirmation ie screenshots of the given material.

I get this notice today that a domain on our sever has violated some AUP and to take care of it withint 48 hours. (Or I guess they will shut down our servers)

OK This is vey poor planning since many companies do not operate on Sat or Sun.

Also what am I supposed to present to the client?
The website has very little space and has (we checked) no archives(warez) or audio or video.

There are no links to download files there, instructins to make bombs or whatever. No hotlinks, No direct links

What evidence am I suppose to present to them?

Oh well I am updating the trouble ticket. I just hope the dont shut it off on the weekend. This would be a stupid thing to do.

They just shut me down and I have to call around or put in a ticket for them to tell me they shut it down.

The clients and just posting stuff in forums about them. Anway they were removed. But the process goes.

MS Sends you a letter, RS Sends you a copy of the same letter via a TT.

Did you not get a TT from RS about your issue?
