Hi,
I recently signed up for the Celeron 2.0 - Redhat Enterprise - Plesk server package. Someone else is looking after the technical aspect. However, I had a look today and noticed that the web server service is not running. No wonder none of the sites work. I tried restarting and all I get is this error:



Any ideas or a solution would be really appreciated

I am having the same problem.

My server is new, and I am not an expert. I know just enough to get myself in trouble. I have gone through the steps to setup DNS. It resolves properly, this can be verified by using "dig". I can login via ssh but not FTP or Web. When I try to luanch apach manually using "apachectl" I get the following error: "httpd: could not open document config file /home/httpd/vhosts/blenderlabs.com/conf/httpd.include"

I could really use some enlightenment on this. Basically it's saying that the config file is either missing or not writable. but I thought that Plesk took care of all that?

Also what could be the issue with FTP?
