Customer published website. When you type in www.domain.com, you get the placeholder page. When you type in domain.com, you get the right page. When you type in www.domain.com/index.html, you get the right page. There is not a default.htm or default.html in the website. Please help.

DNS looks fine to me.

I have restarted apache and even rebooted the server since the change.

No longer having the problem. It seemed to resolve itself. What was really wierd was a deleted the httpdocs folder under the domain and still got the placeholder page. I restored and still got it. I think the domain owner say the placeholder page and republished.. but not for sure.
