The building that houses our callcenter has been evacuated because of smoke. The smoke seems to be coming from a floor well above the ones that we occupy in the building. Phone support will not be available until the situation returns to normal. The Houston Fire Dept. is currently on the scene.
Reboots are handled directly from our datacenters and are not affected by this situation.
We are moving away from this building in just a few weeks to a brand new call center located in the same building as the Benmar datacenter.
