Hi

Does anyone know where do we get the plesk keys? I just set up my first VPS icon_smile.gif (after a long while before figuring out my password was wrong for my vzagent0 and I had to reset it) but now when I login to plesk it says we have to install a key.

Where do we get that?

Thanks

© If the package you selected includes Plesk licenses, you will be able to create Plesk-enabled VPSes using the pre-installed PSA template. After installation, please submit a support ticket to request free licenses.

Silly question -- were you able to change the vzagent0 password yourself or did you need to get EV1 to do it?

I did it my self

You have to login via SSH

then do the following:

vzctl set 1 --userpasswd vzagent0:yournewpassword

where yournewpassowrd is the password you want

The documentation that comes with VZMC is actully good

This was driving me crazy and then I found the solution icon_smile.gif I guess I am virtuozzo expert now (yeah right icon_smile.gif )

Argh! Silly me, I searched all the PDF documentation for vzagent0 and didn't look for the more generic password or root. icon_sad.gif

I edited my trouble ticket and asked them to close it. Did a lot of other people get machines with miskeyed root and vzagent0 passwords?

Cheers
