i wonder if anyone has experienced this but due to some misconfig under Ensim, we ordered a restore on our server and it came back 5 hours later caliming its done.

we then noticed that is has no Ensim CP on it and issued another TT to reflect this.

we also tried to get online chat help from support and after 3 SOLID HOURS, we are still being put on hold with 5 users infront of us.

Is this service by any standards?

I have not had this experience with Ev1.

Wished I didnt have too. Its so frustrating to wait on a server with sites to restore.

They are pretty fast normaly, always depend when this append,
this could be in rush hour..

if you have someting rushing then nothing seem to move
try contacting patrick,mario or someone from the manager staff
or give a call..

Since my experience whit Ev1 i can tell the lower staff
lack some training.. Recently i have swapped a server asking CLEARLY to put my current HD as slave but this have not been done (not the first time btw this append)... Fortunatly since i'm starting to know how the lower staff work, i have done a complete backup on another server before the swap, so this have saved time since i dont have to ask again on a ticket "where is my old HD" ... I was ready this time... :-)

But its still a lack that EV1 have to correct in my opignion.. Lower staff cant read a ticket correcly most of the time, hapily the management team is very responsive to fix very fast any issue you can have. I got only fast & prompt reply from the supervisors when needed.

A technician is currently installing ensim on your server and will update your ticket when it has completed.

I am investigating what happened with the first restore request and why it was not completed properly.

The ticket should not have been closed with out the technician testing the ENSIM interface. This did not happen, I would like to apologize for this.
