I've been having trouble with this machine that is a stock FreeBSD 4.9 machine I just got from Ev1servers. Of all things ps seems to crash it, but only when it's been up for a couple days doing stuff.
It's strange to me that ps of all things would send the machine scurrying to reboot and even more so that there is nothing in /var/log/messages or even a core file to tell me why.
Has anyone else had this problem?

did u checked if the problem is on kernel? 
if isnt kernel the problem, sup it to 4.10 stable
if isnt kernel the problem, sup it to 4.10 stable
Check with ev1 support... they should be able to help you with that one.
