webmail causes segmentation faults, "exit signal Segmentation fault (11)"

I'm on Redhat 9/Plesk Reloaded at this time. But this error dates back for many years and versions.
Solution?
OK, I've searched high and low for an answer to the Segfaults some people are getting with webmail and Plesk I found numerous others on the internet with the same problem but no fixes.

I tried hiring help:

EV1 ran `memtester` and all came back positive.
I installed "SquirrelMail" hoping to tone down the clients calling in about webmail not working. That went well until the next day
So IMP/Horde is still broken and I would love to fix this. So if anyone has any new information on this topic of any version please post it here as I would not like to reinstall plesk all together, as suggested
