Hi here is a post I put on ModernBills forums but I thought I would post here too! Can anyone help as I do think it is a server issue.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH HHH!

I am going to go crazy. Lol

I have this 403 Forbidden problem when I try use the Upgrade/Downgrade Wizard on a customers account. Here are the steps:

1. Log into clients account and Upgrade/Downgrade Wizard
2. Select - Change Add-Ons for the EXISTING Base Package Above
3. Select the option for SSL that and hit the button.

I then get:

Forbidden

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

ukproadmin.com is the support site we are creating for our main hosting company so when it creates accounts it is creating them on a different domain. Account creation works fine in that sense. What I am doing is adding features to bill my customer so all it is doing is submitting info to a database, it is not actually doing anything on the server.

Thanks

I really do not know what to do now and neither does EV1 or ModernBill.

I have re-installed, upgraded, changed it from one account to another but still I get the same error. ModernBill advise it is not an issue with the script but is most likely a permissions error.

After this I ran /scripts/chownpublichtmls

I chmod' everything to 777 in the directory

I took off base_dir protection

I cannot think of anything else to do

Please help someone
