Full Version: Plesk Upgrade
The Planet Forums > Control Panels > Plesk

Hi,
I want to upgrade from Plesk 6 to 7. I put a trouble ticket in asking about key information and they replied that they had updated my key to 7.0 - Now, of course my control panel won't work because of a key mismatch.

So I need to quickly update to 7 and I see they have an autoloader for the Plesk 7 Reloaded. My question is which autoloader program should I use?

Thanks for your assistance.

AeroStar
if this is a windows machine you need to download the plesk 7 migrator and the plesk 7 install file. once you upgrade i would install the plesk 7 autoupdater as well.
NightHawk
Provided that this is a redhat server..goto:

and download/install the autoinstaller that matches the OS version you are running
cat /etc/issue..if you are not sure which OS you are running..
