Does any body know how to set wildcards over an ENSIM (3.7) server??

You will have to also set up DNS A records for the *.domain.com, so you will need to do wild card DNS too. Or add each A record by hand that you want to use to DNS.

You could try and trick Ensim in to doing wild cards, not sure how well it would work, but the way ensim works is it takes user input from the control panel and writes it to a file, so try adding a alias of "*.domain.com" if you can get ensim to write the "*" to the config files you should be set (because it should try and add a A record of "*.domain.com" to DNS and apache config.
