Ok I'm new to the Plesk CP, used to Ensim. So I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or something is going wrong with Plesk.

I've created 2 domains. The first pops up the windows authentication message when I try to access the pages.

The other tells me webpage not found.

The first is on a shared ip, the second is on an exclusive ip.

try acccessing it whit the IP for the exclusive


then the other no reson they pop up an authentitication msg unless you have uploaded and .htaccess on the root of your domains..


All your page should be in /httpdocs
and cgi in cgi-bin

Nope no .htaccess files and they are in the right directory.

Tried with the ip, same thing.

have you tryed a reboot may be ?

If still this problem try delete the domain completly then create it back after...

Actually the server had to be re-imaged.

It's working now.
