Does plesk use mbox or maildir storage mechanism for mail? I see that it uses courier imap which would indicate that it uses maildir, however it also uses qmail whose default is mbox, just looking for confirmation... thanks.

i dont believe its possible to use mbox with courier, but I may be wrong.

Actually qMail can use either mbox or maildir formats, depending on how you set it up initially. Plesk servers use qMail with maildir.
