Hi,

I have a few cpanel servers and I have followed the guides for setting these up and securing them when I was new to cpanel. I found these very useful.

I now want to get an RHE box, but I cant seam to find a guide on how to setup one of these boxes. There were certian things I would setup in cpanel but now with a plain RHE box I will have to do it all in the command line.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a general setup guide please? Also a setup guide for seting up a mail server would also be welcome.

There's a how-to in this same forum about setting up sendmail+smtp auth

You can follow ensims or cpanel initial setups but skipping the info relative to those control panels.

Ask some more specific questions here if you want.

I am installing postfix so I dont think that post will be so useful. I was thinking of installing webmin though.
