What is the price when upgrading to Plesk Reloaded with unlimited domains

Does the $20 a month option include the Plesk Professional Web SIte editor?

It does not. It includes the sitebuilder with the application vault, but the Professional Website Builder is a separate upgrade.

I don't see "Plesk Reloaded license key" in the upgrades area. Will this be available soon? Or am I asking what's already been answered?

Plesk Reloaded is enabled by going to Plesk's website and using their free software update. It should be an automatic process.
