I just ordered a dell dual xeon 2.4 and when I try to run up2date it says:
This system may not be updated until it is associated with a channel.
OK so I go to RHN and go to "Systems" tab. It shows my system and base channel "none"
So I go to "Alter Channel Subscriptions" and the ONLY option in the drop down box is " (none, disable service)"
When I go to support it says "Activate a Entitlement" and wants my product ID. Where do I get that?
So what do I do??
