Hello Every one,
I have a strange thing happning on my linux (RH9)_whm_9.4_freeBSD server..

i see that the server load goes to from normal to very high load:
noramlly its around 1.50 and suddently it reaches a unvelivabelly 39.75 !!!!!! i am really not getting whats going on :

i checked the service status and i see that "apache 1.3.31 (Unix)"
is up and running with server load somewhere round 1.50

and suddently the server load has reached to 25.98 or so with apache failed ....

i checked the mem status it shows up some times 60m free to suddently 7mb thus causing to fail the websites hosted on it to go down!!!!

on the server i checked:
[/usr/local/apache/logs/access_logs

[Tue Jul 27 16:11:34 2004] [error] PHP Warning: mysql_query(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link re
source in xxxxx

all are the same messages all over the file...

i checked the httpd.conf file :

timeout 300

maxclients 250

i am not getting what exactly is happning .......
the memory usage goes up to 85% and then comes down ro 40 to 45%, this is really strange....

i modified the apache memory usage optin in whm..... no use....!!
