I can send e-mail from the server without any problems, but no e-mail sent to the server gets through.
This all started after doing the most recent apache update but I've checked everything I know of, restarted services, etc.
At dnsreport.com the mail test says it's working:
[Successful connect: Got a good response [250 Accepted]]
But I'm just not receiving any incoming e-mail. If I send an e-mail to myself, I don't get it.

Hello,
You might want to look at the exim log files and see what happens
to look at exim log files
1) login to the server using ssh (putty or any ssh client)
2) after you have logged in as root type "tail -n 200 /var/log/exim_mainlog"
and look for the error exims report when exim receive emails
hope that helps

There is nothing in it that really makes any sense to me. This message is repeated alot:
2004-07-22 09:24:09 1BnYqv-00016j-0S Frozen (delivery error message)
2004-07-22 09:24:10 1BnYqu-00016d-Hi Unfrozen by auto-thaw
What is strange is when logged into SHH if I check under the mail directory there is a file called inbox and I used pico to look at it and all my messages are there. Does anyone know some reasons why my mail programs (Squirrelmail and Mozilla) can't see them?

Well, I'm fairly certain it is something with IMAP, because while Squirrelmail and Mozilla Mail do not work... I can get Outlook to work IF I set it to POP3.
I recompiled Apache and made sure IMAP was included, but no change.
Any other ideas of what I could be doing wrong?
