I have tried to prepare the RaQ3 servers to be ready for the transfer. I would appreciate a review of what steps I have performed so far so that it can be as smooth as possible:

I have three RaQ3i servers, DNS3, DNS4, and a mail server, pop3.getadeal.com. I have put about 30 virtual sites on both DNS3.applelaptopbatteries.com and dns4.applelaptopbatteries.com.

I created A records for the websites that are on dns3 on dns3. I repeated these steps on dns4. The domain getadeal.com is located dns3. I added the MX records for pop3.getadeal.com on dns3.

I did not create any email aliases except for dns3. I did not enable the mail servers on dns3 or dns4. As pop3 is on its own server, I will simply change the ip address on this server to the new location.

Currently, I have not setup dns3 to be the primary server and dns4 as the secondary server as I am reading up on this. (ie, I do not know how to do this).

If you see anything that I did wrong or did not do correctly, please let me know. If possible, please include detail steps.

Thanks in advance and also thanks for the wonderful support that I have received on this forum!

First things first...please...please...only post to one thread. This is the second time you have posted to two different threads. Posting the same question to multiple threads just makes a mess of the forums...especially with the large number of new users that we can expect.

Anyway, I would suggest using raqbackup.sh for your conversions. It makes life easy going from RAQ to RAQ.
