But yeah, don't know where to start.
I've got putty connection to my dedicated box, as user 'root', just wondering how I upload the file ZendOptimizer-2.5.3-linux-glibc21-i386.tar.gz? Do I upload it through plesk or via putty(SSH)

Also I've found this under how to', but its too general for me icon_smile.gif

Hey hey kramerz, your questions are abt general knowing of internet... nothing to do with plesk....

Uploading files is done with FTP, giving commands to the server, such as install and so, is done with SSH, Telnet...

And please, i'm with x007, buy a book!

Yes, I'm trying to upload some files in FTP, but I'm getting 'access denied' messages when I try to upload.

I'm gonna go buy a linux book today.
