I hate seeming more like an idiot then I have to be, but unfortunately....

My server was compromised yesterday, and was unplugged, the end result being a required restore. I figured now was a good time to migrate from Ensim to Cpanel, so I opted for the 'upgrade' with a slave, rather than a simple restore with the hd slaved.

Uuuunfortunately, now that I have the thing mounted, and now that cpanel is operational (but I still await my license), I can't find any information on how to successfully move all my sites from one hd to the other.

I'm not a whizkid at this sort of thing, but I have spent something along the lines of five hours looking for a walk through, a thread of hints, or a FAQ of some sort. It seems most people either hire someone, have Ev1 do it for them, or simply install Cpanel over Ensim, and then have Cpanel convert everything for them.

Any advice/hints/links out there that could save my 37 websites from pending death?

My old HD is already mounted, I've updated and run chkrootkit (so I know that the files which were compromised are 'clean' now), and I'm waiting for my license to validate. I've started on a few tutorials which show you how to synch up a slaved drive which runs Cpanel, to a new hd which runs cpanel, but I chickened out after the first step, suddenly wondering if my Ensime file structures would save over important Cpanel structures (the only thing I moved over was var/named).

Any help would naturally be greatly appreciated.
