Is there somewhere I can go to get documentation on how to use my siteadmin? I am new to EV1 servers, and didn't notice a help on the siteadmin page.

Thanks

Are you using an ensim panel?

I am slowly learning my way around. I have found some references to ensim. I also found the site administrator help link. I don't see anywhere that I can add an additional url to point to the existing url. When I was chatting with the Tech Support they directed me to site admin. Can anyone provide some additional clues?

Another question, how would I know if my client is a virtual host client?

Thanks

from server admin find the site you want to add additional domains to, click pencil icon

scroll down to Domain Aliasing put tick in box to enable it, then type domain.com (no www's) one per line and that will work

My userid is set up as an administrator for the site, but when I go to the Site Settings screen in siteadmin, all I see is a ? no pencil icon. Where or who is the server administrator? Is there a way to see this information?

Thanks:confused:

as server admin, you login using admin and ***** password, create a new site for your client (customer) then from the same admnin screen you (admin) go to the site and edit it to allow domain aliasing then save, the user cannot do that themselves only server admin or reseller admin

One more question, there is an "admin" id for the site, and the site has multiple aliases now. Is the "admin" userid the only one that can add aliases?

I am external support for this site, so I had a new id built with administrator rights to the site. I thought this would allow me to do all the same things the "admin" user does. I wanted to set up a second admin id so that we could have different passwords. Am I mistaken?

Thanks for the help.
