Hi, I'm a newbie in Cpanel and I'm having lots of problems, since I'm used to "ssh" :-)

I'm totally confused with WHM and Cpanel.

I created a "fake costumer" account, with domain www.linuxpuebla.com.

I created a basic "index.html" page and uploaded it in www and in public_html, but I still can't see my page. I see the "There is no website configured at this address" page instead.

How or where should I upload the page?

Where do I create "hosting packages" for my costumers? (that is, a package that includes, for example, 10 mail accounts, 20 mb webspace and 1 GB monthly transfer).

I'm not sure what's going on with accessing the domain - I assume you have a configuration problem with the DNS.

You can also access the site via http://yourserverhostname.com/~cpanelaccountname.

To create a new package, simply scroll down to the "Packages" heading in the left column in WHM, and click "Add Packages".

Next time you create an account, that will show up in a pre-configured package drop-down list.
