So despite today's outage, I was writing an email to cust_service@.... for some other, non-related query, and I got this back from the RS mailserver...

So I guess I should email customer service back another day?

Earlier today (yesterday I should say after looking at my watch) TechieSurfer called me up about this and assisted with this issue.

If you sent an email that got bounced please re-forward the email if you have not already done so.
