Hi
I have a problem with pleask 6 and the catch all email accounts I have set up.
I have 15 domains all have a catch all email account, these work for a few hours and then revert to bouncing emails as though I do not have the account set up to catch to the catch all address.
I log in to prefferences on plesk and it is set up to catch to the catch all address, however I then have to press the OK button again as if I am setting the prefferences again before it will work for a few more hours.
If any one has any ideas or has experienced this before I would love to hear
Thanks
Rob

Your best course would b eto upgrade to plesk 7. It's so much nicer and it really is much less buggy. Also, I have had my admin account compromised (root login is disabled) one time, and someone turned off my authorization is required: and allowed open relay... when I had plesk6. I and my server management co that helps me out, had no idea who/what/where/when.. quite nerve racking.
I fixed it quickly, changed admin and root pass, and had no problems like that again.
Plesk 7 handles it nicely, and if you get the plesk premium package, with application valut, and spamassain and a master server setup to use slave servers, it's quite a bargain.
Good luck.

Thanks
I meant to say Plesk 7, you are right it is good, would be better if I could work out why it keeps switching to bouncing emails rather than catching them to my catch all adresses every few hours, this is the only problem I have had since set up.
It was a very smooth set up for me by EVI, I have an outside company doing security for me over the next few days so should be very well sorted.
Cheers
Rob
