Hey Folks - I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I'm trying to find either ethtool that will work with a Cobalt Raq4 running Cobalt Linux version 6, OR an equivelant tool.
I've been tasked to help someone out trying to make sure that the ethernet card is running at 100/full duplex, and I do not know Raq systems that well.

You need to look around for eepro100-diag. It will give you the specs on the ethernet card.

Any idea how do I know the NIC manufacturer ?

Might be able to determine the NIC with lspci (it's part of pciutils).
