I have a very strange problem.I add an e-mail account from plesk 7. When an e-mail is sent qmail replies to sender as no mailbox by that name.I can't login to acoount with outlook but I can with mailbox.(mailbox is choosed on cp.) Ev1 suggested me to delete to domain, but it didn't work either. It is only happening on one domain. thanks.

Did you try to delete mail account and re-create ? it happened to me with Plesk 6 and it worked

That's what I thought too first thing....

Also, I would do this ..

1) First, have a test message ready to send to the account your experiencing problems with. (ready to click on send "after you have completed steps 2, 3 and 4 below") ALSO... in your webmail (what you referred to as "mailbox is choosed on cp") get ready to logon and click inbox and refresh in the webmail client (after you have completed steps 2, 3 and 4 below).

2) Next, ssh logon as root/su -

3) run this command as root/su - :

tail -f /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

4) next, hit send/receive in outlook, so that it pops your email account. (note result of your login attempt in the /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog window...

5) Next, you click on SEND on that test message you have prepared to send to the account your experiencing problems with.

6) Next, in your webmail, (what you referred to as "mailbox is choosed on cp") logon and click inbox and refresh once you are logged in and on the INBOX page in the webmail client.

7) Finally, copy the log from /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog, in regards to the actions you just did, and paste it here, and someone is bound to help and you will have a quick resolution.
