Hi, today i found that i cant access my server via WHM or SSH.

When going to https://mi.ip:2087 the explorer displays a message that the server cant be found.

When i try to login via putty and ssh i recive a timed out error.

But im able to access to all my accounts CPANEL.


this is strange since i havent change anything on the server, or updated WHM since a couple of weeks back.

I installed APF 8-9 months ago, and closed all insecure connections to WHM and customers cpanel, but now i cant access the server, any body has any idea how to solve this, or where to start looking for, because i dont.

One thing you could do, for starters, is try logging in without SSL. e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com:2086 or http://www.yourdomain.com/whm.

Also, check your browser's security settings.

Or... are you behind a firewall? For example, at one of our offices, you can't access a secured port site - like https://www.somedomain.com:8080
