Does anyone have any experience with "Smart Hosting Tools" (http://www.smarthostingtools.com). It seems very powerful with integrated billing and help desk.

I'm thinking of replacing Plesk with it, but want to make sure I don't shoot myself in the foot. If anyone has heard positive/negative comments or has first hand experience that would be great.
