I am going to order a new server with 2 drives will both drives have cpanel on it?

Will I be able to access both via WHM?

What I want to do is put 2 sites on one drive and the other 3 sites on the 2nd drive or is the second drive just for backups?

You can use both drives for hosting, but many people use that second drive for their backup solutions.
