i'm thinking about leasing a windows server but i have afew questions:
1- does is support asp not asp.net?
2- am i allowed to use access database?
3- does is support other languages?
meaning if i have a database in arabic language will the visitor be able to see it properly?

4- what's the easiest and support the above options should i use?
ensim, plesk, etc?

1.) ASP & ASP.net is both supported.

2.) Yes, you may use an access db on all Windows Server versions. You may use MySQL too. MS SQL is limite to the Standard Edition (and up).

3.) I beleive support for foreign languages is a function of the browser/local machine more than the server.

4.) Helm! (Helm also has language packs so if you are serving a market other than English, you can have alternative languages. (If the language you need isn't supported, Helm has an easy way for you to add it provided you are fluent in English too.)) (I am not a fan at all of Ensim and have not yet had the chance to touch a Plesk server.)
