Try changing the theme for the user, and webmail should work again.

Yes that is correct, I can't remember off the top of my head what Theme it is that does state it is corrupt. I would change them to X theme and should be working from there. Also it is good to clean out your /tmp drive once in a while. That has distorted some Webmail problems clients have brought to our attention.
